3. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or directly with our team.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

No-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

We may reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Payments

Payments are collected in person upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, card, or approved payment methods.

Prices may vary depending on the size, condition, and type of vehicle.

Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.


5. Vehicle Condition & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage before service begins.

919 Detail is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or normal wear.

Please remove all personal belongings prior to your appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Certain stains, odors, or scratches may not be fully removable due to material limitations.


6. Satisfaction & Guarantees

We strive for total customer satisfaction.
Some services (e.g., ceramic coatings) may include product-specific warranties. These warranties apply only when proper aftercare instructions are followed.
No other warranties or guarantees are implied or extended.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 919 Detail shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Damages caused by neglect, misuse, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Losses exceeding the total amount paid for the relevant service.

You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to SMS or unsubscribing from emails.
